I wonder, do all men rank women in this way?
The video is called Uglier and Uglier and is a collection of pictures and footage of 5,000 random women in China given ranks based on how ugly or pretty they are, according to one man, Song Ta.
This self-proclaimed artist actually filmed, photographed, and ranked female college students at his alma mater in Shanghai and put them in order by his prettiest to ugliest scoring system.
The finished Uglier and Uglier video is over seven hours long and was actually funded by an art grant!
Wow! He must have spent…

N, that’s not a toupee the mummified corpse is wearing. It’s his real hair that’s been preserved, along with the rest of his body, by a natural preservation process from sphagnum moss (aka peat moss) combining with low temperature, highly acidic water, and a lack of oxygen, which is also the reason his skin is leathery and tea-colored.
Sphagnum moss can be found blanketed on top of bogs, which are wetlands of peat (aka turf), dead plant material, and other mosses. …
Raise your hand if you know what it’s like to want something with every fiber of your being and coming up short of getting it, even though you did everything you could think of, and then some, to make it happen.
Still, it just didn’t pan out. You didn’t get want you wanted, and you ask yourself yet again — why does everything have to be so hard?
And then you wonder if it’s worth it to even try again. You begin to allow your fears and insecurities to creep into your mind and heart, which ultimately puts a damper…

You get hit with a great idea for a story, so you make an outline or maybe map it out in your head. You come up with the perfect title and subtitle, and you find the most interesting story image that fits well with your topic.
Then, you begin writing the story and it unfolds in detail as you write, so you’re really happy about that. You spend a good deal of time doing research and citing parts of the story that’s not common knowledge and need to be referenced. And you take time and care to proofread everything carefully…

That is the answer to the question of why some people look younger than their age and others look older than they really are.
How so?
Let’s see…
Aging is, at its simplest description, a biological process, and it happens with anything living whether that be a piece of fruit, a flower, an animal, or a person.
Think about it. What happens to a piece of fruit or flowers when they get old? Their appearance changes drastically from vibrant and supple to the opposite. The fruit rots and decomposes and the flower withers and does the same.
They go through…
Everywhere you go, you see people either looking down at their phones while walking or driving. Or you always see somebody taking selfies wherever you go, even in obscure or dangerous places or positions — extreme selfies. It’s like some kind of contagious cellphonitis disease.
Don’t people know that doing this is dangerous?
Apparently not so much, seeing that more than 300 people all over the world reportedly have died or been seriously injured taking selfies since 2011. Yes, that is a relatively low statistic compared to how many people have died since then doing other things. …

And I do mean ALL writers, even new writers, not just seasoned writers on the platform (but unfortunately writers in Quebec cannot qualify due to their government’s restrictions). It also includes writers who are not behind the paywall, if I understand what Medium said in this regard, stating (and I’m paraphrasing).
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE CONTEST OR TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN.
This is certainly good news!
I know I feel the pain of new writers from their stories that I read about being left out of money-making opportunities on Medium.com. I’ve had those feelings…

I love stuffed avocado like in the image. Looks like sliced avocado stuffed with feta cheese crumbles, diced tomatoes, cucumber, pomegranate, and parsley sprinkled with seasonings. I do like pomegranate but it’s something I haven’t tried with avocado. I just might do that.
I wanted to add avocados to my diet after reading about their health benefits. But it was hard for me to eat avocados at first because I didn’t really like them much. Then, I learned different ways to doctor them up and that’s when my avocado fetish took off.
So, I was stoked that I was adding…

Chances are either you’ve been a victim of gaslighting or you are somebody who uses gaslighting tactics on others.
Which is it?
If you’re the latter, don’t be acting all brand new now when the question is put before you, and don’t pretend that you don’t recognize some of your own typical phrases you use to gaslight people.
And, if you’re the former, then take a look and see if any of the phrases below sound familiar. Maybe seeing them could spark some ideas on how you’re not going to take it anymore.
Gaslighters use manipulative techniques to distort facts…
