I love stuffed avocado like in the image. Looks like sliced avocado stuffed with feta cheese crumbles, diced tomatoes, cucumber, pomegranate, and parsley sprinkled with seasonings. I do like pomegranate but it’s something I haven’t tried with avocado. I just might do that.
