I do agree that carbs are what puts weight on people. Most people think its from eating meat. That's why I say cut down on bread products.

I do not, however, agree with you on including more saturated fat in the diet. Saturated fat is an artery clogger! Lean meats are the way to go and little to no red meat for me. Now, I will use butter as opposed to margarine when making backed goods, but I stick to my Smart Balance otherwise.
