This is excellent. It is true that we need to be more mindful of how we use time everyday, right down to minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, and quarters. Often, people waste time in these increments and before they know it, a year has gone by, or 3 or 5 or 10 years.

It is important to pay attention to working towards the small goals, as you point out, on a daily basis and monitoring hour we are spending our hours.
